At Wildcrafters, we are committed to delivering high-quality botanical skincare products crafted with care. Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our products, we follow a strict return and refund policy to ensure safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept return requests only under specific conditions to maintain product integrity. A return may be considered if:
- You have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product
- The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery
- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
To process your request, you must provide clear images of the product along with your order details for verification.
2. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
Due to hygiene and safety standards, certain items are not eligible for return or refund, including:
- Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with
- Items not in their original condition or packaging
- Products purchased during special sales or promotional offers (unless damaged)
- Returns requested due to personal preference, dislike of fragrance, or minor natural variations
As our products contain natural ingredients, slight differences in color, texture, or aroma are normal and not considered defects.
3. Return Request Process
To initiate a return request, please follow these steps:
- Email us at hello@wildcrafters.com within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide your order number, detailed description of the issue, and clear product images
- Our team will review your request within 24–48 business hours
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for the return process, including pickup or shipping details.
4. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to an error on our part (damaged or incorrect product), we will arrange or cover the return shipping
- In other eligible cases, customers may be required to bear the return shipping cost
- We recommend using a reliable courier service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments
5. Refund Policy
Once the returned product is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Refund processing may take 5–7 business days after approval
- Shipping charges, cash-on-delivery fees, or other additional charges are non-refundable, unless the issue is from our side
You will be notified once your refund has been initiated.
6. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges only in the following situations:
- You have received a damaged or defective product
- You have received the wrong item
All exchange requests are subject to product availability. If the requested product is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
7. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately after placing your order.

- Wildcrafters is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address details
